On Feb.1st 2010 Cynicus was sent to serve 2 years in the penitentary for Tampering with Evidence which is a 3rd degree Felony that carry's 2 years and possession which is a 5th Degree Felony that carry's 1 year.With both being ran concurrent Cynicus now serves 2 years with a release date of November 2011.
