It's been nearly four years since Em's latest studio album, Encore, but fans can now have something to look forward too. Dr. Dre's new protégé, Bishop Lamont, recently said the Eminem drought is almost over. "Em is excited," Lamont told Entertainment Weekly. "He's been quiet too long, and he's got a lot to get off his chest." While there is no release date just yet, the rapper's label confirmed that Eminem is back in the studio working on his next solo project.

A British disabled man, ordered to move out of his home to make way for developers, is believed to have cut off his own head with a chainsaw, police said.

blog post photoDavid Phyall’s severed head was found beside the power tool in his flat at Bishopstoke in Eastleigh, Eastley, Hants, shortly after he received the eviction notice.

Paramedics and police were called to the scene after receiving a “concern for welfare” report. It was not immediately known as to who made the call.

Approximately, 70 surrounding apartments were empty at the location where they were slated to be bulldozed and replaced with new flats and houses. Phyall, the lone holdout, refused to move despite intense negotiations and a court order. He had lived there since 2000.

An inquest into the 58-year-old’s death by deputy central Hampshire coroner Simon Burge listed the possible cause of death as a “complete transaction of the neck” and “chainsaw wound to the neck.”

Better known as a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

The longtime civil rights leader already came under fire this month for crude off-air comments he made against Obama in what he thought was a private conversation during a taping of a "Fox & Friends" news show.

In additional comments from that same conversation, first reported by TVNewser, Jackson is reported to have said Obama was "talking down to black people," and referred to blacks with the N-word when he said Obama was telling them "how to behave."

Concept cars give automotive designers a chance to let their imaginations run wild, often with outlandish results. But even by that measure, BMW has come up with something as strange as it is innovative -- a shape-shifting car covered with fabric.

Instead of steel, aluminum or even carbon fiber, the GINA Light Visionary Model has a body of seamless fabric stretched over a movable metal frame that allows the driver to change its shape at will. The car -- which actually runs and drives -- is a styling design headed straight for the BMW Museum in Munich and so it will never see production, but building a practical car wasn't the point.

Chris Bangle, head of design for BMW, says GINA allowed his team to "challenge existing principles and conventional processes."

"It is in the nature of such visions that they do not necessarily claim to be suitable for series production," company officials said in unveiling the car Tuesday. "Rather, they are intended to steer creativity and research into new directions."

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson was arrested and held on $25,000 bail following a traffic accident Tuesday afternoon in Costa Mesa, Calif.

According to Costa Mesa police Lt. Paul Dondero, an officer observed the 30-year old Jackson driving with a flat tire on his 2008 Ford F-350 pickup truck and talking on his cell phone (which recently became illegal while driving in Calif.) and attempted to pull him over.

Like the Turbo SIM unlock for the original iPhone, this system uses a wafer-thin card that piggybacks on your SIM while in the phone. Of course, Turbo SIM needed some tools installed on the iPhone -- so Jailbreak was key -- this solution does not, just DesbloqueioBr's chip and your SIM. Paulo and Breno of DesbloqueioBr explained that the magic lies in the programming of the SIM adapter itself, by tricking the iPhone into believing a test SIM has been inserted, the iPhone allows service and then functionality is handed back to your SIM. We tested the unlock in our own FIDO locked handset with a local TIM SIM card, then in their AT&T set, and it worked perfectly in both. How much will this cost average Joe iPhone user? They were pretty tight lipped as to what the final pricing will be and how exactly they'll deliver the service, but we should hear more in the next few days.

Rick Ross has charged that images depicting him as a young correctional officer are totally fabricated, the result of savvy graphic artists.

He told AllHipHop.com exclusively, "My life is 100% real. These online hackers putting a picture of my face when I was a teenager in high school on other peoples' body. If this s**t was real don't you think they would have more specifics, like dates and everything?”

Earlier, a single image was in circulation on the internet suggesting that Ross previously worked as a correctional officer at an unnamed jail or prison.

The Miami-based rap artist, known for his gritty street rhymes, said envious people have conspired against him for his success and stature.

“I'm in the entertainment business and a lot of people who like to hate because I'm on top of my game,” Ross told AllHipHop.com. “Like I said before my life is 100% real. I live by this die by this. Fake pictures are created by the fake, meant to entertain the fake."

While the image appears very realistic, boxer Oscar De La Hoya was involved in a similar scandal that made the pugilist appear to be a cross dresser.

The images were proven to be doctored and De La Hoya was completely exonerated. Ross is already moving on.

He stated that he was working on a new album called Deeper Than Rap, which would come at an undetermined date in the near future.
